We offer worldwide shipping to our customers outside of Japan.

We work closely with our shipping partners to minimize any potential custom delays for our international customers. In the unlikely event of a customs hold, shipping may take longer due to a customs hold at the point of destination. Please reach out to team@bentonuni.com with any questions.

Please note, taxes and duties are not included and are the responsibility of the customer. In cases these fees occur, they will need to be paid separately when your order arrives. Duties and taxes are nonrefundable. For more information, please contact your local customs office.

For approved returns, the original international shipping fee is non-refundable and will be deducted from the total refund amount. Customers are also responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns or exchanges, as we are unable to provide prepaid international return labels.
